I loved how easy it was to walk to the beautiful Chapultepec Castle, which was just under 3 km away, and the stunning Museo Nacional de Antropologia, located about 3 km from my hotel, making for delightful weekend explorations. the staff were really helpful and made my stay comfortable, perfect for a single traveler like me.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a huge hot tub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The excellent streaming TV options really made our evenings enjoyable. However, the couch was uncomfortable with a noticeable dent.

I am appalled by the terrible service I received! The air-conditioning in my Standard Double Suite was completely non-functional, making my stay unbearable. Despite complaining multiple times, the front desk continuously made excuses without providing any solutions. It feels as though the staff has zero concern for their guests' comfort or well-being.
